My Story

Originally from Sicily and now based in Pennsylvania, I have always immersed myself in art and history. Even as a child, I was captivated by the subtle transitions of the world—the shifting seasons and the turning leaves—which eventually became the inspiration behind Foliage Visions. I started out drawing portraits and writing stories, but everything changed the day I picked up a DV camera. I felt an immediate desire to capture fleeting gestures and raw moments, and my filmmaking journey began by absorbing movies and creating small projects of my own.

I quickly found my way into the wedding industry, starting out as an editor in a studio before working my way up to camera operator. I am a man who works for his keep, and my path hasn't always been easy. I’ve had to work long shifts and take on demanding jobs far removed from the art industry to navigate financial challenges. But through it all, my profound passion for this craft never faded. Today, the camera is my second nature. It is my ultimate tool to translate the unspoken dialogue between the elegance that surrounds us and the beauty of human connection.

As a videographer and photographer, my focus is on capturing raw, authentic emotion. My goal is to create imagery that feels like you—timeless, editorial, and deeply personal.

However, I believe a film is also as powerful as how it sounds. Because of my background as a composer and music producer, crafting atmospheric, neo-classical instrumentation heavily influences my visual work. I approach every project with both the eye of a cinematographer and the ear of a sound designer. By seamlessly blending striking visual fidelity with resonant, custom-tailored audio, I ensure that the emotional weight of your story is felt just as strongly as it is seen.
